When you do the lamb Hally, place a dish of water in the BBQ. Will help to stop it from drying out ;)

Tonight we are having slow cooked diced beef in gravy with mashed potato and salad. Too hot to turn the oven on!!  :D

Great tip with the pan of water...we've done a few BBQ rotisseries recently, and I didn't know that!  Will try that next time.

Having chicken curry tonight...yet to decide on exact recipe.  Using pre-made tikka pasteas a base, and we'll see...

Tonight we are having crepes filled with bolognaise sauce topped with a passata sauce & cheese :P

Tonight we're having fish and squid, wedges and salad.
Last night we had a great, quick spaghetti and proscuitto dish from 'What's for Dinner?" I am loving that book.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
