We're having eggs on toast with baked beans. Lazy Friday  :-))

....poached eggs are good with vegemite toast ;D ;D ;D

Not sure how the baked beans would fit in though! :-))

Wonder, we get about 8 eggs per day, 7 days a week. So that is heaps to use.... :D :D

Maddy's Chorizo & Capsicum Risotto, somewhat modified as I was missing mushrooms and only had one capsicum. It's almost done and I can't wait to try it.

We have a friend coming around for slow roasted lamb, potatoes and sweet potato and cauliflower and broccoli cheese, followed by trudy's impossible lemon pie :D

Macaroni beef with "my special awesome cheese sauce" on top. Sauce turned out a bit runny for bake but delicious.

I've just had some lemon chicken and rice out of the freezer,  wasn't very nice.  I have a Lemon Impossible pie in the varoma, I 'm going to see how it goes steamed.  Still 7mins to go.
