I have the gourmet beef casserole marinating at the moment.  Will have it with mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, cauli & broccoli.

I think toast is the ultimate comfort food. Even just the smell of it make me feel happy :)

Kangaroo patties were so so good. Much better than beef patties :)

I knew it was lean and low in fat, but didn't realize how much goodness is in skippy meat. Bonus for my weight loss challenge :D
