We had home made spinach, ricotta and basil ravioli with an arrabiata sauce. Had a rocket, cherry tomato and Parmesan salad with it.
I cheated as the fresh pasta was made by DIL's Italian mum so all I had to do was make the filling.  ;D It was very yummy

I had leftover chilli con carne but cooked some potatoes to go with it in the Mini SC which were really nice.  No photo, my computer has gone to the doctor but I will post the recipe later.
