A quiche. I used Kimmy's pastry recipe and the quiche had chicken, bacon and onion in. It was different. I'm not sure if I will make it again.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We had pan fried Barramundi with the Raw vegetable Salad as posted by Judydawn back
For dessert we had  coffee icecream, my twist on Quirky Jo's vegan choc mousse. Yum!

Stingrays are popular in Malaysia, Judy. They can be cooked in tangy curries, like what I've done, or grilled with chilli paste. It's a very tasty fish :)

Yes, Cookie, stingrays are fish. The parts that are used for cooking are the wings and the cheek. The flesh is not as delicate as most fish, and yet it's not tough like chicken or beef. It is delicious when paired with chilli.
