Can I pop by for dinner, MF? :P

Did you make the roti from scratch? I watched a couple of YouTube videos, and feel tempted. But I know I would be biting off too much. Hehehe

No I didn't BZB as I didn't have tiime but I have made them in the past and mixed and kneaded in TMX.  Turned out nice. I used ghee and they were moist and flaky. Bought these ones from local Asian store and stored in my freezer  :D

Do you have the recipe, MF? Did you do the flips and twirls like the roti makers in Malaysia? :D

Tonight is homemade KFC chicken with loads of roast veges.  All in the oven now, and I just need to throw some broccoli in the steamer.

Last night we went out for dinner for MILs birthday - a lovely time, and great to have all the little cousins running around having fun together (luckily we weren't in the main restaurant part, but at a big table in what's normally the bar area (bar was closed) - rowdy bunch of monkeys they were.

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.

Been craving for one of my all-time favourites. Fish Curry, made with eggplant, tomatoes, onion, cumin....yummy!
