Tofu quiche without base, steamed broccolini and spicy coconut peanut sauce. All made in the Thermie and the oven :-)

Just too hot to cook (about 40 in Perth today and looking that way for a few days). BBQ squid, octopus and balmain bugs (6 for $5!) and coleslaw in thermie plasma few Xmas leftover sauces.

Good excuse to finish up individual bombe Alaskas for dessert. Will post the  recipe/plan when I'm cooler, got inspiration from taste magazine (which I didn't buy 😉).

Plus, not plasma, although the temperature here is a bit volcanic. Our dog is asleep hugging the air cooler

Got back late from shopping but whipped up two lots of pate brisee .. Made quirkys can the canned soups mushroom soup.. Chopped up leftover turkey, threw in some frozen peas.. Poured the mushroom sauce over the top and sealed and pierced the pie.. Yum.. Baked 15 mins 200 then 15 at 180...so quick and easy.. And tasty :)

Roast mutton and veges, DH family coming over. :)

We are having hot roast pork and gravy in fresh buns with salad.  :D  YUM!! (Is it dinner time yet??!  :D )
