I've been inspired by Uni and JulieO - tonight I had Choc self saucing pudding - for dinner!!!

DH is away so I thought I would treat myself!

Bangers & Mash plus individual Chocolate & Hazelnut Self-Saucing Puddings for dessert.  :)


your meals all ways look so yummy
 julie o where abouts did you get these beauiful  glass bowls from ?  are they individual  serves ?  and are they oven proof ?

That chocolate pudding looks delicious.

We had chicken with Michele's dukkah from the retreat on it and salad. No power here so no tmx. Michele the dukkah is delicious, even DH loved it. Is the recipe on the forum? I will definitely have to make some more.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Go on, guess what we had last night. Go on, after all the talk on here we couldn't resist having Pizza. (Missus slightly overcooked, singed the chicken a little, but still tasted yummy)

JulieO: that desert looks absolutely gorgeous. Is the recipe here? Might just make that for my wife (wedding anniversary on Wednesday)

Nazar, the small glass container comes in a pack of 3 different sizes.  Made by Bodem and yes they are for the oven and come with cork coasters to sit on when hot.  They are really nice and I would love more of the small ones but haven't found them sold on their own.



Tarasis, here is a link to the recipe.  I reduced the caster sugar to 50g and brown sugar to 80g and it was perfect for us.  I found that the extra chocolate/hazelnut sauce was really uneeded as there was a lot of sauce in each little pudding.  I only drizzled a little bit over the icecream just for the photo.  Saying that though, it tastes wonderful and could be used for other things.

I used the hazelnut spread that I made last week in this too.  Thanks everyone for your lovely comments.  :D

Mum said it was great :D I knew it would have lots of flavour because of the variety of ingredients and the amazing smell. The peanut butter gave it a bit of a satay vibe too ;D

Glad you enjoyed it Cookie. I did a quick search and don't think I have posted the recipe. Will have to get onto it.
I was a bit worried that it wouldn't be as nice made in such a large quantity.
