I made a sort of dry bolognaise sauce, rolled it up in fresh lasagne pasta so it was like cannelloni , and poured a tin of tomatoes and passata  over it and topped it with grated mozzarella. It was very nice.

Pumpkin soup from EDC with lots of extras thrown in (as its too bland) with feta, pumpkin, capsicum and caremalised onion mini tarts.

My first meal in my new slow cooker.  A take on astarra's lamb chop recipe but with faffa's idea of FOSM and my addition of vegies to make a complete meal.  I can see I am going to love this smaller sized SC. I had to make another batch of FOSM.

Delicious photos Judy and Mich :D

Last night I cooked some lamb chops and vegetables for mum and SD, then I went to a party and had lots of nibbles as my dinner :) The party was hosted partly by dieticians, so there was lots of healthy things :D

Tonight will be Chicken Stroganoff from the Devil Cookbook :)
