Tonight the men are having cold silverside with salads.  I'm not sure what I will have as nothing is staying down today, maybe a smoothie.

Sauté prawns with ginger garlic and coriander. Salads . Crispy iceberg with avacardo and cucumber. Cooking meal on a very hot day .

Trying a new recipe. Lemon and garlic prawns over rice with silverbeet mixed through. Fresh plums from next door.
