Hellenic Republic's Cypriot Grain Salad (freekah & lentils) for me, and beef in red wine pot pies for the family.  :D

Thanks girls, I really enjoyed it and have some for dinner tomorrow night too.  :D

I meant to give the link to the recipe too in case anyone is interested.  I halved the recipe which is enough for 2 serves as a main meal.

Wonder, I didn't realise that it was the name of a restaurant, lucky you having been there.  :D

Yum Julieo and Uni. I used up leftovers. Chinese Pepper steak, Teriyaki beef and Chow mein (as spring rolls).

Still in Penang mode. Today's dinner is the simple but tasty Koay Teow Th'ng (flat rice noodles in chicken broth), with tmx fish balls.
