Great cooking Frozzie. The hot cross buns look great.

Tonight we had a tortellini pasta bake with homemade pasta sauce using home grown tomatoes. Not a can or jar in sight ;D

Mep not at all.. Its chookies recipe from the forum.. Really easy.. I only put lemon peel in.. Just had two .. They were delish andcooked to perfection.. Yummo!

She says an hour and a half for first rise but inthink in about 30-40 mins mine was well and truly doubled.like any bread it depends on the temp in your kitchen..or wherever your preparing the dough and sitting it to rise... I used fresh yeast ad i always use fresh.. Then 30 mins resting.. Then cook 20 mins at 200 fan forced..

That finished dish looks wonderful Kim, if I hadn't just eaten dinner I could go a nice big plate full of it! ;D

Kimmy, love home grown tomatoes :D And at least if they have grubs in them they are home grown grubs ;)
