Was meat to be greek pork, but oops needed marinating for a long time.

Glad you liked it Kimmy.

Tonight the boys at the bowling club cooked steak and we had steak and salads. I made superb Pepper Sauce after making stock from all the chicken carcasses from lunch. Thermie had a work out making the sauce.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
