Pork Belly with sage from Donna Hays Seasons book, roast potatoes & pumkin & salad :)

Was meat to be greek pork, but oops needed marinating for a long time.

Glad you liked it Kimmy.

Tonight the boys at the bowling club cooked steak and we had steak and salads. I made superb Pepper Sauce after making stock from all the chicken carcasses from lunch. Thermie had a work out making the sauce.
