Gert, another great pork belly, its on our list this week

Maddy, yum pizza, yours always look great, i love the ww pizza book :)

I dont have a paella pan, I use  my Le  Creuset round large, low pan, its fantastic for so many things.

If you want a photo can do that later.

Pork belly looks great gert.
So too for your pizza Maddy. I have a paella pan and my sofritto burns every time I have used it. So I keep going back to my old trusty large heavy based non stick frypan and paella turns out great everytime.

Last night we had quiche & salad, made it up as I went along so very pleased that it actually tasted great, plus the kids liked it even though it had 3 types of veg in it! Paella for dinner tonight - I use my non stick pan, always works well.

Maddy is that meat slice recipe on here? I used to make one that looked similar but can't remember how I used to do it.

Sausages, chips and salad. Not a very healthy day. King salmon sounds good obbie, maybe we'd should go to your house for dinner after lunch at mine!

Hally....do you use a paella pan?....I pick one up every single time I go into a kitchen ware store...I decide not to buy, but each time I go back, I pick it up again  :P

last night was meat slice

And tonight was my pesto smoked chicken pizza

I have a scanpan paella pan and it's great but to be honest I had equally good results with my heavy based large analon fry pan.
I just couldn't resist buying the paella pan when I saw it  ;D

Like a big sausage roll, but with veg.

I have a scanpan paella pan and it's great but to be honest I had equally good results with my heavy based large analon fry pan.

The steel ones I have been looking at, I think can rust if not cared for.....I think I'll just use my flat chasseur pan, as I really cannot fit in another pan....that is unless I toss something out  first :o

yvette, haven't had that in ages....something to make when non risotto eating husband not home for dinner  :)
.........EAT CAKE!
