Beef involtini. Inspired by Mrs KK. Kylie told me about the veal involtini she makes on the weekend away.
My butcher didn't have any veal so had to settle for beef.

I have never seen real veal in Australia  except in a restaurant. I love involtini.

I would love to make involtini  *sighs* but it's just not worth the lecture I would receive from DD  :-))....would be worse than the kangaroo sermon  :-X
Boys eating at footy club again, so us girls will probably have my bacon & avocado fettuccine.....that is as long as the avo's are not horrible when I cut them open.....they turn so quickly  >:(
