Mullet is mullet then - never seen it at the place I buy my fish.  In fact I've never bought any deep sea fish as I tend to stick to flathead or snapper.  Recently given tommy ruffs but I do prefer white fish.

Lol my turn for google! I have never heard of tommy ruffs before. Google tells me they are herring?

Fish varieties are all over the place Amy, one minute you are eating Tommy Ruffs then they change the name to herrings.  Talk about trying to confuse people

I remember going fishing for Tommy ruffs off the jetty when I was a kid. Must be a sth aus variety.
Tonight we're having steak & veggies. I'm thinking about steaming the steak, not sure if I'm game!

I think there should be a global fish numbering system, so we just have "Fish 1", "Fish 2", "Fish 3"....

I think it would save a lot of confusion

We are going to the pub! I'm officially on strike tonight.  It's been a long day at work....I'm manually going through our website item by item checking pricing and details...very boring and tedious.  It hasn't helped that I've had lots of interruptions today .   I've promised myself that I will be more inspired tomorrow with cooking..but tonight I'm giving in to tiredness and my blasted cold.

I don't know what we're having. My mother has just told me that she doesn't want what I had planned. So I'm at a bit of a loss
