Deedub do you have silicone cupcake moulds? That is what I use to do the steamed puddings  ;)

Hi faffa - no I don't have them, but that's what my consultant used. On the shopping list! Teacups worked a treat though  ;)

Lasagna and chookies 2 second salad tonight. Although I give it 5 seconds for a finer chop.

Roast lamb, baked potatoes, carrots and parsnip. Tomato and onion bake and some first time try of kohlrabi chips (let's see if the family likes these). :)

chicken, mushroom and zucchini risotto - with cherry tomatoes and HEAPS of parmesan because i dropped the container into the thermoserver!!!!!
my standby meal for when i have to go back to work at night.

LoL....is there such a thing as too much Parmesan Tan?  ;D Sounds yum.

Perfect soup weather today!  Pumpkin and sweet potato for hubby and I, chicken noodle for the kids.
I have a batch of cheese & bacon rolls in the oven too.

We had jds tuna and corn casserole as watching some friends kids while y had an appointment and as it was late offered thm to stay for dinner... They loved the dish .. That was to nights go and last night we had leftovers..i find this makes. Large dish but i put in a whole packet of noodles.. Fed 8 first time round.. 4 adults and 4 kids And us easily with leftovers so goes a long way..
