Cookie, sounds interesting.  Probably has Rye flour in it.  Reminds me that I love Rye and Caraway seed bread. Might make some.

These are the breads I did the other day.

The SD rye is at the back, the rolls are the Ukrainian Garlic Bread and the other is one of Chookie’s loaves cooked from cold in the Dutch oven.

Wow, Cookie, they all look great.
Made up a mix for Choc Chip Cookies.  Baked 2 trays.  Remainder in fridge. Will bake as needed.

Nice baking Cookie.  Yesterday I made half a sponge recipe and cooked little sponges in the pie maker.  It was an experiment for an afternoon tea.  Sadly all gone, but very successful.

I will remember that.  Little sponges would be impressive.
I’ve got some of RTE flat breads waiting to be rolled out and cooked for dinner tonight.

I’ve made pumpkin soup for tea and a batch of basil pesto for the freezer to use up some of my basil crop.

I made a half quantity of the CWA 3 ingredient fruit cake.  I wanted to try it out to see if it would be suitable for a substitute for Christmas pudding for my vegan GD.  Looks good and tastes good.  I will serve it with cashew cream.  Next time I will put some spices in it .

That looks delicious, I must check it. We like light fruit cakes. I often make  Tenina’s Paleo Fruit cake, but it does have eggs in. It’s quite tasty.

I found a recipe for a vegan fruit cake but I haven’t tried it yet. A friend’s DD is a strict vegan and I thought it would be nice for her.

Now it is cooler I am going to make some biscuits.

This afternoon I'm going to visit my old boss who sadly lost her husband a few weeks ago.  So made some more mini sponge cakes for our afternoon tea.  Made these is the Kmart pie maker.  My last lot were made in the Sunbeam pie maker and were a bit too large.
