I’ll put the recipe up tonight girls, it was tastier this evening for dinner as I thought it would be.  Tastes better than it photographs.

We had a creamy chicken recipe. Browned chicken, cooked on a bed of spinach with a sauce of cream, bacon, onion and garlic. Then cooked in the oven for an hour.

Made the white sauce in the TMX from the chip.  Very nice.
Will make some fresh bread to go with the ham that is being delivered today. Will have this with the pea and ham soup I made in the SC yesterday.
There is a new recipe posted in the Age newspaper today by Helen Goh.  It is a lemon slice. Might give it a go while I have the oven on.

We are having a pasta dish that has bocconcini in so that I can use some of the fresh mozzarella I bought yesterday.

Yummo Cookie.  We are having SD toast and ham delivered today.  Will make a little salad to go with it.
I have now frozen 6 avos.  They look good.

When we thaw the avos Chookie, can we eat them as they are or are they only going to be good for putting in something like a smoothie or dip?  Maybe Julie will know as she shared the idea with us.
I had pulled beef topped with mashed potato.

Judy, will probably mash the Avos.
Michele looks nice.
Dinner will be leftover from several meals. Might make pancakes from SD.
