Gosh 41 over there Chookie. I didn't think it got that hot down by the Coast there. Stay cool. You too Judy. It's only 31 today. We have had a beautiful few days. Up to 35 tomorrow and then getting hotter.

Hi Uni, Thermilover, Marina, Margaret and anyone I have missed.

It's 41 here at the moment with a hot wind blowing.   Much too hot for me.

Yes, too hot for anyone Margaret.  It's very depressing hearing these numbers time and time again this year and the hottest month is still to come!

Stay cool everyone, the dreadful fire has broken containment lines and it is rather windy here tonight, not a great combination. Hopefully it is controlled quickly. Another hot day in the west tomorrow.

Terribly hot yesterday and into the evening, but the cool weather came in overnight and it is positively goose bump temperatures just now!  We had  a thunder storm during the early morning - torrential rain for all of 3-4 minutes then they turned the tap off and everything is dry again already - except the bird baths which have all been re-filled.

Morning all.
Like Kimmy it was very hot here at Barwon Heads, but lovely and cool now.
We will walk down to the little village for coffee this morning. It really is interesting how a short holiday can recharge the batteries.
Bedlam, hope the fire are soon under control.
CC, hope Chance enjoys the mud.

Good morning everyone, a nice cool change swept through here too so a perfect day for me to go down and sit the kids this afternoon and do some outdoor activities.  A walk to Jetty Road looks like a good option, it's been a while since I've done that.
