Are they as crisp as the packet ones Uni?

I found something in the freezer for tea - chicken & bacon macaroni cheese.

That sounds like my kind of meal! Except the cheese ;D

Slow cooked chicken casserole when mum, SD and DB get in. I put heaps of vegies in the casserole to cook down into a sauce so DB can't pick them out ;) He doesn't eat any vegies at university so I'm going to get some into him while he's here, whether he likes it or not! ;D

Lamb steaks on the BBQ deglazed with some red wine (I was drinking the rest)

I got my garnish thingy to work with the carrots.  Beans, zucchini and my new favourite, blanched asparagus wrapped In Prosciutto and cooked on the BBQ
I do the best I can

Chrissa, my absolute fave way to eat asparagus!  Yum.

Glass of wine and some rice crackers  :D

now that's my idea of the perfect meal   :P

Made creamy garlic prawn risotto

...no doubt the boys won't want that when they get home, so will have to whip up something different for each of them.
.........EAT CAKE!
