Robyn, do you have a recipe for corned beef fritters? Realised I've got some in the freezer I need to use up.
Tonight was our turn for the lamb & feta burgers, very nice - thanks Hally! Made stef's hamburger buns to go with them and also some tzaziki for me - girls had tomato sauce.

I accidentally deleted my post, so here goes again:(
I made the fish pie from the UK edc that is in CP's list of favourites.  I added a bunch of baby leeks as i didnt have spring onion, and extra lemon juice. Everyone enjoyed it except for my fussy DS.

Deedub,

2 onions
1 tomato
salt  /pepper

left over corn meat, cut up small.   Put in mixing bowl.
make batter, Sr flour, 3 eggs, milk. ( in thermomix)

Mix together, fry in a fair bit of  EVOO
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.
