Always looking for different ways with carrots, well, because they're boring 
processor blitzed in no time, and didn't use the chilli powder or nutmeg but instead used Moroccan seasoning to taste.  cumin would be good also.

Slow cooked rabbit with tomatoes and mushrooms. Cinnamon stick in the mix was a tasty addition.

Tonight I made Butter Chicken with Fragrant Pilau Rice, and Chicken Fried Rice for the kids.

OMG was the chicken and rice utterly delicious (rare for me to be gaga for food, ESP after being cooking it). So hard to resist seconds!
