I made the beef rendanf from EDC. Only had about 500 g of beef left so thought I'd add potatoes. I added them at the same time as the beef and they turned to mush!!!! One of my few (so far) TMx disasters. the steamed veggies were nice though. Can anyone suggest when the potatoes should be added if the beef is got g to be cooking for 50 mins?
Tonight my first ever attempt at corned beef (in varoma) with mustard sauce - love silverside but I've never cooked it before. Wish me luck!
