Title: Fried Rice in Pressure Cooker
Post by: fundj&e on December 04, 2014, 10:07:55 pm
I have been making this rice weekly

Fried Rice in Pressure Cooker by Kellie Haley Chapman

Brown 1/2 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 200g diced bacon, then add 2 tbsp. soya sauce, 2 cups of washed rice, and 2 cups chicken stock + 2 cups frozen/fresh mixed vegies.. I set the pressure cooker on for 10 min but will only do 8 next time. After pressure cooking,  I then added some cooked egg and more soya sauce for taste. It is very nice and took me 5min to put it all together

i will add more soya sauce and  eggs as i need too

i place the rice in a large tray to cool down quicker, i also fan it

no we will all have it for dinner and then cp can have it for lunch the next day and if theres any left I will freeze. its another good way of using up veg.

I use my pc all the time, it lives on the bench now. Cooked my kashmirri lamb shanks in it, all my curries, roasts are amazing and so quick.

Uni it just won't come to pressure. It's good Khun Rikon one so I'm a bit annoyed but think it will need a new valve
