LOL Amy  :D
Bit hard to forget that now........ :)

That makes sense then Obbie, I am not a grazer so I guess that is why you can keep going on it and I can't!!!  :D
I need my protein breakfasts to get me thru til lunchtime!  :)
I only drink (water) between meals mainly, occasionally have a piece of fruit or two mid afternoon or if someone calls in I have a muffin or whatever just to be sociable.  Maybe i should eat more between meals?
:D

I don't know what the rest of your diet is like astarra, but I would probably include some healthy snacks just to make sure you're getting all the nutrients your body needs :D And make sure you're eat a good variety of foods too, since they all have different vitamins and minerals in them! ;)

Thanx Mum!!  ;D ;D ;)
Think from my posts on the breakfast, lunch and dinner threads you would be able to see what sort of diet I have!!! I just find snacking a waste of time!!!! (Tho have had to have a few midnight feasts lately -  :-)) :-)) :-)) - see why it is hard to forget I have a bub on board ATM!!!  :)

ROFL :D :D
Sorry if I sounded mum-like astarra, I just get very passionate about nutrition ;D
I can relate to your views about snacking. I only have three meals per day, so make sure they are all quite different to ensure I'm getting an adequate variety of nutrients. I don't feel the need for snacks because for me they would just be excess calories! But then I'm not pregnant ;D

I've never had a midnight feast, it must just be a pregnancy thing :D Will they stop when the bub is born? ;D
