Another green smoothie, although this one is more of a murky brown.  Lettuce, cucumber, raspberries, SuperBlend and water.

MIL gave me a huge container of protein powder yesterday - it makes her vomit (nice review on the stuff, ah?  ;) ) but I have no idea what to use it for and if there are any people that should not have it or anything like that.
Any help, please?  :)

You can put protein powder in anything astarra. Porridge, smoothies, add it to cereal, cake batter, biscuit dough, etc. If you google protein cookies recipe you might find something on google ;)
But in saying that, if it made your MIL vomit, I wouldn't be game to try it ;D

Astarra you can mix protein powder with ricotta then fry it like a pancake. Is it flavored?

Mango and nectarine ... How muave missed fresh mangos lol.. Been eating boxes of them since we got here... Been picking up boxes of KP/bowens for around 15 to 20 dollars.. And they are so yum!! Accidently bought the large ones .. Yuk no where near the flavour of the KP.. Then tomato on toast .....
