Recipe Book Recipe Reviews / Chocolate Cake - My Way of Cooking
« on: June 20, 2011, 06:32:35 am »
My DH made this for me  ;D - very decadent!  6 eggs & only 50g of flour makes for a very moist cake.  Nice tasting but I don't think it is so good that you would use so many eggs and good chocolate.  I think that I prefer some of the simpler chocolate cakes on the forum  ;)

Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Thermomix bread mat
« on: August 18, 2010, 03:38:56 am »
OK - I have searched the forum and cant seem to find anyone else with my problem.  I have only used my bread mat once and the dough stuck to the mat (a lot) - it was very painful to get all the dough off the mat.  Am I supposed to oil the mat? Has anyone else had this problem?

Introduce Yourself / New TM owner in Pinjarra, Western Australia
« on: August 07, 2010, 02:53:30 pm »
Hi all,

I am a recent TM owner and am so excited by it that I am also going to do the training to become a consultant  :D

I have two small children and a hubby that was sold on the sorbet (isn't it FANTASTIC).  I have been cooking at least two different things everyday since the TM was delivered.  Pancakes, crumpets, pineapple sorbet, mushroom risotto (turned out very gluey), heaps of baby food, chili mussels, steamed fish, mashed potatoes, butter, dips, apple & berry pie, porridge - and I'm sure there are a few things that I have forgotton to mention.

I lookforward to trying out many many of the recipes  ;D
