My rye SD is trying hard to rise. I also need to make some goodies and a fruit bread.

Yesterday I made a small no fuss loaf of bread and 6 small rolls.

I'm making a fruit loaf. I tried a new recipe and it is painful in rising. I felt it didn't have enough yeast. I should have gone with my gut feeling and added a little more.
Yesterday I made some of Snappy's Lunchbox cookies. I'd forgotten how nice these were. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11612.msg213739#msg213739

Cookie, it’s great how you keep making cookies. I haven’t made any lately as I would probably eat some. I think I should probably make some that RAL likes and I don’t. Yo yos or honey joys.

DH and DD enjoy a piece of cake or a biscuit during the day Chookie. DD takes hers to work and DH helps himself at morning and afternoon coffee time.

Last night, family and friend for dinner. Cooked pork belly. Judy you would be proud of me.  Beautiful crackle. Also roasted a Chook for those who didn’t want pork.

That’s great Chookie, there’s nothing like a good crackle to get praise heaped on the cook.
