;D This Lemon Butter is DELISH, even the 9 year old loves it and asks for Multigrain Toast and Lemon Butter most mornings.
I will add Recipe in the morning, really low in Sugar which is good as a lot of them a very high in Sugar :)
-
I will be up for that, I need to use limes and less sugar, the other recipe calls for a little too much sugar for my liking.
-
;D Oh, yes please.
I have a box of lemons to use this weekend.

Looks beautiful, I'm adding it to my list of things to make, did you end up posting the recipe?

Please post the recipe! One of our lemon tree limbs came down with all of the rain we've had and I have a laundry basket full of lemons to use up!

Merlin, juice and freeze like I did.
8 cartons of lemons.

I have a Lemon Butter recipe on here somewhere, but I found this one to be better:
3 lemons
450g sugar
2 Tbsp cornflour.
Peel rind from lemons with a vegetable peeler so it's very thin.
Juice lemons and place rind, juice and cornflour into TM bowl.
Grind on speed 9 for 20 seconds.
Warm for 4 minutes/90/speed2.
4 eggs
2 Tbsp water
Beat together in a separate bowl.
Programme 3 minutes/Varoma/Speed 3 and pour egg mixture through hole in lid.
Continue cooking on Varoma as above until thick and bubbling.
Bottle while hot.
The cornflour prevents the egg from curdling.

This one is very good. posted by JD.
I added extra half of lemon juice as it was just there.
Delicious on pikelets, toast or just on a spoon.
