Today I'm making Yummy Frittatta from the Healthy Eating book (as pictured below and in reviews) and also Pesto Potato Salad from tenina.com - both yum!!

BTW, I'm trying to make a few more healthy recipes so don't tempt me with other things you are making!!

Today I made the blackberry pies and then decided to make a batch of faffa's Cornflake choc chip cookies but used sultanas in place of the choc chips.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Maybe you would have to do it in 2 lots Uni.

I've made some old fashinoned Afghan biscuits and now have a multi-grain bread rising.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Hally,  you are a CHAMPION,  boning a leg of lamb. Great to cook like this on the BBQ.

Today made the Cashew Mayo from the Rainbow Book,  can't believe how good it is.  Thanks Marina. :-*
Made No Fuss bread rolls,  weighed to 60 g so I can count them on my diet.
Made curried rice salad for dinner to go with the veal.
Cooked 2 small GF loaves for a friend,  posted photo.  Will post recipe if anyone wants it and doesn't have Dan Lepard's book.
Picked small bucket of Blackberries and will make more Jam tonight.

How much better for you on your diet is the cashew cream than 'real' mayonnaise Chookie - calorie wise?

You are a legend fundj. I have never creamed that many eggs ever.
I did scramble 120 eggs with feta and spinach for a birthday brunch.

Hally, do you have Aussie Farmers deliver to you?  They do a sensational butterflied lamb- 900gm for $19, quite expensive but it is sensational.  It's marinated, I usually grill in George Foreman, and have 1/2 warm one night and for salad next day. It feeds 5 of us for both days.

The cashew Mayo has about 1/4 of the calories.

Jalcom, yes I do have aussie farmers deliver here. I do have one of their butterflied marinated lamb in the freezer. I love their lamb & rosemary sausages.

I do buy my meat in bulk from a butchers, a hole lamb, side of cow. :)

I love auusie farmers for most things. :)

Hally, I haven't tried their lamb sausages. Will do though. Is your butcher north or south? Would like a good one north.
