I had to drive to Northam for work today left home at 7:30 and didn't get home until 5:30. With trying to fit in a gym session not much time for cooking so I made mayonnaise and then without washing the bowl made coleslaw to have with some cold chicken.

I was making the coleslaw from memory and got my speeds and times confused.  Anyone know any uses for coleslaw puree?

Dashingden, we have all turned food to mush or puree. Quick in the bin, out of sight out of mind :)

Have made JulieO's cob loaf again as well as chookies no fuss rolls plus a batch of white sauce for a chicken & veg casserole which is in the oven at the moment.

Garlic paste & sundried tomato pesto.....which were being used for chicken rolls tonight.....but think we're heading out for drinks and nibbles, so made a second batch of pesto and added 150 g cream cheese for dip.
