More like delicious, yummy, scrumptious, mm mm good, mouth-watering, tasty, and if you really must calorie laden as I want to eat it all.  Best of all, it seems fairly easy to make. (I hope)

I was planning on doing some cooking this afternoon when I got home. I had a coffee with DH and promptly fell asleep for 2 hours. Tenina I must have been so enthralled I was exhausted. :P

There's another one next week I think at Osborne Park. I just loved the bread Tenina made. Check her website for the other one.

There are times I hate living in the country. I often think I should move back to Perth but that quickly passes within about 15 minutes of passing Armadale and getting on the Freeway.

I made Cheesy Okonomiyaki Pancakes and Cranberry Choc Chip Biscuits.  Both were really yummy.

I made halloumi today. Tastes OK, but will need to tweak my technique to get a neat shape. Very pleased  :)

Wow, where did you get the recipe please?

Made sausage rolls, I mixed in carrot, apple and beetroot so they look quiet pink.  Taste great.  My toddler loves them because they are pink.  Little does she know they are full of veggies.

Bread cooking class,  BY HAND.  Love my TMX. We made 4 doz Hot Cross Buns, 12 bread rolls,  all shapes.  Baguettes and several small loaves with different fillings.  We ate hot X Buns, quiche,Salmon and Leek, and Cookie's, Cranberry and Chocolate Cookies, converted from a Dan Lepard recipe. All great.

Spent the day in the garden again (well what's left of it) we are up to 7 loads of clippings and weeds and I'm still not finished. So no cooking for me today. But I will make up for it Sunday. 😄
