I Love Bimby update
« on: November 25, 2009, 06:22:19 am »
I received a text message from ILB yesterday afternoon after her op and all is well.  She should be home either today or tomorrow and then I'm sure she will pop on here and say hello to everyone.  My turn to tell you to rest up and take it easy ILB  :-* :-* :-* :-*

I must have missed the op bit too.  Get well soon, ILB
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!

(((((((( BLUSHING!!!)))))))))))

Thank you all. I'm fine. Just a bit sore and groggy now.

I'd had some terrible gall bladder "attacks", so after a series of tests, I had my gall bladder removed on Tuesday. I'm a strong believer in following "gut instinct". Had previously spent a lot of time researching natural alternatives to surgery, and after changing my mind umpteen times, decided to go ahead with the surgery. Which in the end was the right thing to do. Apparently my gall bladder hadn't been active for some time and was quiet damaged, so a natural alternative wouldnt have helped for long anyway.  Now just taking it slowly as I recover. But feeling much better within myself already and its incredible to see the difference in my eyes and skin after only a few days!!

Take care ILB.  Hope there's not tooo much pain - have some of the cocktails from the Monthly Mouthful comp  :-* :-*

Hahaha - ouch - it still hurts to laugh Thermomixer! ;) :D

Lovely talking to you this morning ILB and nice to see you back posting so that the rest of our friends know where you are at too.  Rest up and enjoy this forced break from your hectic life - next year will come around before you know it and we will all be back to normal and enjoying life once more.  Pity we aren't closer to each other, we could recuperate together ;) ;) ;)    :-* :-* :-*

Glad to hear the surgery went well. Now you just need to rest up and recover.

Glad to see you back, ILB.  You'll be surprised at how quickly you recover and you will feel sooo much better - just don't overdo things with the kids!
