Crumbed chicken with roast potato & sweet potato, peas and roasted tomatoes.   Stewed pears for dessert.

A quiche with spinach, roast pumpkin pieces and feta. It was quite tasty.

We didn’t get home until quite late so had take away fish and chips. It was delicious.

Last night I cooked KFC for GS and his friend. Waffles to follow. I cook double so they can have some the next day. I still make my own spices.
Visitors for lunch tomorrow. RTE says I can cook a duck today and reheat it tomorrow. Hope it works. Mashed potatoes and beans and zucchini from garden. Portuguese Custard Tarts to follow.

Meatball in red pepper sauce Cookidoo . Parsnip and carrot mash . Love having two TMXs going to half the time . Very tasty . Used pork mince .
