It's 5.00 am here just now and I don't know what the day is going to be like, but I am enjoying the sound of light rain on the roof.  There's nothing like being warm, snug and dry indoors, when it's raining (in moderation, of course) outdoors!

Morning all. Spent yesterday in Melbourne. Had hair done and visit to our GP. Had lunch at Ascot Vale Food Store. Imaginative food. Had a Lobster Roll. Ral had Pork Belly.
Rained overnight. Bit more expected today.

Good morning everyone, we had our rain yesterday.
Dropped my iPad Air off to have a new battery fitted yesterday and picking up this morning. 2 years old - has anyone had a battery only last this long? It wasn't completely dead but I had to put it on charge a lot more than normal. Happy with the price of $110 from a local computer repairer. It was a strange night not having it on my lap whilst watching TV last night but I kept myself busy by sorting through recipe books.  I've almost filled a plastic tub full of them for the nursing home trading table in December.

The rain is obviously well spread, its raining here too.
Well done with the shopping Chookie. I'm going as soon as the bread comes out of the oven. DH refuses to learn to operate the new one! I need to stock up on a lot after being away.

No rain today. Warm 22 degrees. Lovely.
Creswick community swap tomorrow. Thought I might make Portuguese custards tarts to share for morning tea, and some bread rolls for the swap table.
