Heavens Cookie, 41 is very hot. It is 30 here at the moment and I am suffering.

It wasn't a pleasant day Chookie. The day before was 40, but today has been cooler.

Leftover stir fry. Will lightly steam some veggies in the Varoma and add to the leftovers.
Mango and yogurt in TMX and churned in ice cream machine.

It is very hot here today with 41 degrees forcast! I have the slow cooker on in the laundry with a lamb shoulder with Greek flavours with lots of veggies. We will eat it with a simple salad.

A very kind friend brought us dinner tonight- fried chicken, homemade potato wedges, slow roasted tomato halves, corn cobs, zucchini muffins and gravy. With iced apple shortcakes and cream for dessert :D
