Putting an annexe up can be a real hassle sometimes Mich. Hopefully it will prove to be easier next time. We don't have an annexe on this van, just the awning and we will put shade cloth on that to the ground.

I've been eating ham salads all week so tonight I decided to fry some thick pieces in butter with an egg and served with baked beans.  Will have to make a pasta dish in the next couple of days.

Always a challenge to use up the ham JD.

A simple bbq. Patties, potato and salad.

It is Michele but there are so many things you can do with ham. Whilst it's hot though I'm happy to have salads.  I took some into Geoff and Mum today, both scoffed their pieces in no time.

I love the ham at Christmas. It always seems to taste special. Even when it is finished you can make a lovely Pea and Ham soup. It's cool enough here tonight to have soup too.

Found some won ton noodles in the freezer. Simmered them in the Turkey stock. Lovely for a change.
Cookie , we also always have a ham on the bone so we can have Pea and Ham soup. Think I over did the ham this year, 8 kilos. Think I might make some Devilled ham to freeze.

We had Zucchini and Haloumi fritters, AF chips, slow roasted tomatoes, asparagus and corn. For dessert we had birthday cake. ( DD's birthday)
