Wow Jamberie, you must have been very good this year. The pasta looks wonderful.

Made 2 quiches this morning, using the mixture from Judy's mini caramelised onion, mushroom and fetta tarts. I've made this recipe loads of times and knew it would turn out. DH made some mini apple and raspberry pies using the pie maker.

I've just made some Garlic Sauce http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4210.0
To have on some pizza tonight. I will freeze what we don't use. I will use tomato sauce on one and I'm going to try and replicate the cheese and garlic pizza/Foccacia we had in Carlton at FF.
I'm going to make Jamberie's lovely pizza bases now. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12717.0
These are our favourite by far.

I also made some much needed bread earlier in the day.

Nice to see some lovely ladies still churning out food of varied kinds. Still working on leftovers in this house, maybe tomorrow, I haven't felt like cooking one little bit since Christmas.
