Love the like let's DJ. Your DS is becoming quite a tmx cook BZB. I have never made arincini, we always eat all the risotto.  :-\
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Bruce and Mandy came for lunch today. Had Chinese meal.  Won Tons steamed in Varoma,  red Silk Chicken,  Saving the "Master Sauce' to use in the Varoma.  Stir fried veggies and black and white rice,  cooked in basket. Prawn crackers.. Isi's Coffee Cream to follow.  Left overs for dinner or Fiona Macleans Creamy Tom Soup , ( 5.2 ) which I converted to TMX.

I'm having visitors tomorrow so I made some lamingtons today.  Also cooked half a leg of lamb for cold meat to have during the coming hot weather.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

What a delicious lunch, Chookie! Red silk chicken sounds intriguing. What is it?

Love the color you got on your drop scones DJ. Very jealous of your aga.
DS's teacake is fantastic BZB. He's doing so well.
Today I made quirky Jo's dairy free brownies, because she made me do it with her Facebook post ☺️ and Uni's bread rolls in an hour.

Working today so put a pre-sous vide cooked turkey leg on BBQ along with a parcel of onion and sweet potato plus a salad, really nice.  Made a fresh and tasty cold pea and lettuce soup on the weekend for work lunches. Will post recipe when I get a chance.

Thanks CP, it is nice hot or cold. Can do on stove top or slow cooker. You serve with some of the sauce and save the leftover for another chook or add to stir fry veggies.
Gert you are always welcome for lunch ,  but like DJ says , a few miles involved. Might need a private jet.
