I like the look of the mini loaves for DH's lunchbox Mcmich.  I know I have some frozen raspberries at home, so will get onto them in the coming days.  :)

Thanks Suzanne and Julie.  :D
The good thing about them is that they don't have any eggs in the recipe, they can be made dairy free or gluten free too.

Not a lot of cooking happening here apart from dinner each evening. We have been eating the cheesecake and DH took some of the Basil and Raspberry cake to a mates this morning. All the rest is in the freezer. I think it is going to take us a while to get through.

It is in a way Julie. They are all made with full fat things and aren't really very healthy, but ok to remove a little from the freezer at a time. I'm missing making goodies in the thermomix though.

A little doesn't hurt Cookie, so having them in the freezer is a good way to stop us having more than we should.  ;D

I'm sure Thermie won't mind, he knows he's loved.  ;D

CC, looks good to me.
I have now made 2 lots of Lemon Muffins from Forum.  They freeze and reheat in Microwave beautifully.
I am trying to build a large jar of SD starter. Found a crack in the small pot that I had in Fridge. May take several days.
Making Queen of Puddings with a passion fruit layer and more Chicken and leek from British Isles on a plate.
Also need to make some nice grain bread.
