A very tasty ( vegetarian) soup with a mild curry flavour.Perfect to eat on a cold wet day. :D I recommend adding a chilli if you want to up the spice. ;)

We enjoy soup all year round so this will be worth a try. Not with added chilli in the summer though.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

This was on the cards for later in the week when I had time to make some bread, but after doing the shopping today, something quick, easy and tasty was what I felt like, so made it today instead.  Luckily I had some dinner rolls in the freezer which went well with this after defrosting/warming in my little oven.

The soup itself was so delicious and healthy to boot.  Will be made again.  :D

The photo makes it look more red than what it was.  Funny light outside but you get the idea.
