My thoughts go out to any of you who might have been effected by these terrible storms.  Let's hope things start to improved overnight.

I have been thinking of you poor folks all day. Mich, I thought I may need to send some Port over quickly. I do hope you are all ok.

How nice that everyone is thinking of us here in NSW.  I live in the Blue Mountains and even I am thinking of building an Ark.  I have no problems but am also thinking of those that do.  The rain does seem to be easing a bit now.

We have been hit very hard here in Lake Macquarie. No power since Monday night and probably not on until Sunday. I'm writing this from Macdonalds on my tablet that l charged at work.
DH is still in NZ. I still have a roof over my head (a leaking one) and am helping neighbours not as fortunate. My heart goes out to the families that have lost loved ones. Puts it all in perspective - being without power and water is a minor inconvenience. Hope you are all keeping well. Mich xx
