Superb Cookie.  Did you enjoy the class? So professional looking.  8)

I would love to do something like that.  I love making cakes even if I don't eat much these days, I just love making them.   ;D

Thank you. Yes we did bring them all home!!!!
The classes are quite professional. They aren't cheap but you get treated as though you know something about cooking. The man running them lectures at TAFE on Mondays. He said quite a lot of cafės etc come to his classes to perfect their foods. He had some guys fly in from Dubai last week. I think you would really battle if you didn't have a pretty good baking knowledge. He told me that the thermomix is just perfect for doing bread.

I went down to Fremantle this morning. It has changed a lot since I was there last. A lot of tourists and backpackers. I have never seen so many people with bare feet. Lots of places doing coffee and breakfast, some more popular than others.

That must be difficult Chookie but nothing stops you from cooking.

Ds changed from afl to soccer this year so they had a scratch match this morning, he is absolutely obsessed with the game more so than the football he's played for the last 4 years . Loves  watching the premier League and tells me all about the players it's nice to see his passion

I attended another class at Sweet Artist academy today. It was called In Vogue Cakes. Basically cakes that are being made in France that are a bit different. We did a Lemon Meringue New Wave, a Basil and Raspberry Picnic Cake and 12 small Gateau Gourmand. These were quite involved.
