What a day - and what a tremendous and impressive feast - Judy and Katie.  Well done both of you.  You deserve to put your feet up and have a wee wine as you wind down!

Judy, so pleased for you that everything went off well. You were so lucky to have Katie as back up. Certainly necessary with what you accomplished. Congratulations.

Hello everyone. Judy your demo looks amazing! well done.
Thanks for all the kind messages and suggestions I've decided to make the custard biscuits with custard powder first to try and then with the cornflower to see which we prefer, and Trudy's Biscotti to start with, and serve one the other.  I must NOT eat them, and that will be hard.
Tomorrow I'm making large scale tray-bakes of pizza bread and cheese and garlic bread for a kidney cancer fundraiser. I haven't made bread for ages as DH gave it up a while back.  :P

PS a bitterly cold raw day today, roll on spring....

Thanks DJ and good luck with your venture.  When baking things for others, it is so hard not to sample things yourself several times!

Good morning everyone.

Good morning everyone.

Judy I'm so pleased that everything went well for you at your demo, and welll done to Katie for all the help she gave you.  I know from experience how hard she would have had to work keeping up with all the dish washing etc.  Well done both of you.

Thanks Margaret, you're not wrong.

Thanks also to everyone who has commented on the demo.  I was too tired yesterday to thank you individually.

Katie how lovely to win with your ticket. I know Beerenburg is local for you, but their products are lovely.
Judy, you certainly had lots of things going. You showed the thermomix with flying colours.

Robyn, what colour is your lovely new car?

JulieO, your poor feet. Lots of ladies and a few gentleman were buying these shoes, $45-$49 and wearing them immediately.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Great demo Judy. All the food looks delicious.
I've just survived two weeks of poo and spew! Both boys took it in turns to be sick with a stomach bug. All good now. Bring on Easter.......only 6 more sleeps

What a week, Kim, hope you manage to avoid catching it!
