Hello everyone. Judy your demo looks amazing! well done.
Thanks for all the kind messages and suggestions I've decided to make the custard biscuits with custard powder first to try and then with the cornflower to see which we prefer, and Trudy's Biscotti to start with, and serve one the other.  I must NOT eat them, and that will be hard.
Tomorrow I'm making large scale tray-bakes of pizza bread and cheese and garlic bread for a kidney cancer fundraiser. I haven't made bread for ages as DH gave it up a while back. 

PS a bitterly cold raw day today, roll on spring....
