Good morning everyone.  Once you're all settled in I'm sure you can take your TM5 back and forth with you Chookie if you have a travel bag for it.  Have fun deciding where all your furniture will go.

Morning all.
CC, at least you have a little sun.
Settlement yesterday for Invermay. We were in a chain of 10 people who were settling.   Someone hadn't done their homework and we had to wait 2 hours to get the keys to our place. No one could get their keys until all 10 were right.
The house was left very clean which was very nice. We put a few basics around and will spend today deciding where to put furniture.
We feel very pleased with the house and gardens and had a cup the tea sitting on the front veranda.

A cup of tea on the front verandah sounds like an excellent beginning.  When we settled for our place our friend, who lives in the same village, fronted up with champagne - he thought that his "street cred" went up when he was spotted walking along with a bottle of champers under his arm  :)

A lovely welcoming action Chookie and Ral. Welcome to your new home. May it be blessed with much joy and happiness, and cooking of course.

CC, I'm sure you will enjoy it.  Try not to come home with too many things.
New home is good except I put things in drawers and then can't find them.
Back at Cherokee for more packing.

You were right Chookie I had great time.I did buy three Thomas the Tank Engine books for GS.
Unfortunately there wasn't many buyers. The stall I was stationed at, bedding and linens, did very little business. The remaining goods were bagged up and donated to a local charity shop.

Well, at least someone will benefit from the goods.
Morning all.
Lovely Autumn day today.
Discovered what was once a herb garden at Invermay. Will revive it and add to it.  Need a Bay tree.
