I ended up making the quiche from Tenina's blog. I've made it before and it's very nice. This time I decided to roast the grape tomatoes. I used the recipe from Amanda's blog. They were lovely.

We had fathead pizza.  Very easy pizza base and tasty, certainly not for calorie counters!

Do you have a link cookie for lazy peeps (like me)? Just binned the previous nights pasta dough and tonight's  pasta turned out perfect, I used 20g less flour than the recipe called for as you can always add in during the course of kneading and rolling. 'Micro mince'  :D was beautiful - the recipe from Paul here is a fave.

Rib eye fillet (very rare), massive Australian prawns cooked off in butter and masses of garlic &  mushrooms alongside EDC coleslaw. Oh yeah..... An easy surf and turf. MrsRC2B (the carnivore) didn't say a word all meal but the steak didn't seem to touch the sides 8)

A glass or 2 of bubbles (which I'm not supposed to have on my new lifestyle). Will probably go straight to my head as I haven't had alcohol in 4 months. Stressful day and only a bubble bath, wine and a cookbook are going to get me relaxed.  :D
