I found a recipe somewhere or tother for a Pie Floater, so that is what we are having for dinner. I will serve the pea sauce separate otherwise someone will go yuk. ???

Beef stroganoff from the freezer, air fried potato gems and leftover braised peas, spring onions and lettuce - a very quick meal.

That looks delicious cookie, wish my meals looked like that.

I made the tuna pasta out of edc and sticky date pudding for dessert. Was so yummy.

Last night I made a meal that Judy linked to a little while ago using mushroom ketchup as an ingredient.  It's called Minced beef & Sweet Potato Stew.  Doesn't look very thrilling I know but it was tasty.  DH really enjoyed it and there was plenty left to freeze for his work meals.

Last week I also made the Lentil Lasagne from one of the links also, and that was very well received too. Haven't a photo of that one, but both meals will be made again.  :)
