It looks good Hally, it tastes lovely doesn't it? Even better when cooked in the tandoor with the little bits that get slightly charred.

Will post a photo of the final product, but it tastes really good, a bit too much chilli so next time I might leave it out.

The butter chicken looks delicious. Is it a recipe from our forum?

Yay Mab hope you like it  :)

The chicken stroganoff was delicious Yvette.  I served it with steamed carrots and broccolini.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

That looks delicious. If I lived closer, I'd wrangle an invitation for dinner :-))

Looks great Hally. You will be amazed at how much better the naan is cooked in the tandoor.

Thank you everyone, that was the best home made butter chicken I have ever tasted. Next time a little less chilli. Plus I had a couple of ingredients missing, so next time......

I made 1.5kgs of chicken, 1/2 to the olds next door & rest all gone, plus I made 8 enchilladas in case the boys wouldnt eat the butter chicken, all I can say is everything as gone & we are only 2 adults & 2 kids :o

You would all be welcome to dinner :)

Menu plan tomorrow might was left overs ??? ;D gess I will have to cook ;D ;D

Looks good Hally, are you going to post the recipe in the non-Thermomix section?

That butter chicken looks delicious Halex. Do you think it's more authentic than the one in the Indian cookbook ? I love that one but it's definately not authentic. ......... I read about the tandoor oven in the other thread and I want one!!!!!  We absolutely love indian food.  I looked at the recipe for the butter chicken on the Tandoor website and the tomato soup made me wonder how authentic it is ? What do you think ? Did you cook the chicken in the oven ? Might have to give it a try !
