We're having a creation. It will be rice with lots of chopped veggies stirred through. Topped with thinly sliced pan grilled chicken. Then with leftover satay sauce poured over it all.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

A nice English hot pot CC - that's what I always used to make with leftover roast beef.  An English friend taught me that one over 40 years ago.

Last night we had warm chicken Caesar salad

And tonight I thought about having giant  stuffed pasta shells, but not sure if lactose free milk/cream will produce great ricotta.....so might try it another time...any one else made ricotta lactose free?

I have coral trout out for dinner, steamed veges, roast potatoes, and I'll make the tart-tare sauce.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.
